My family and I had an amazing stay here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Our breakfast was included during our stay and it was delicious and the service, again was friendly and accommodating with our little ones. Definitely would stay here again! :)

I needed to stay in Twinsburg to meet family members and this was the hotel that was recommended. It was easy to find in the Hotels.com app and booking was a snap. There were no issues with checking in early and the room was clean and just what I expected.

Man checking us in was poor. Failed to give information given to family member checked in to a different room by a different staff member. Elevator was slow. Poor sound proofing between rooms. No free breakfast.

I booked this hotel because the listing stated there were two restaurants with bars. That is not true. There is no restaurant just a snack shack. The hot tub had brown stuff in it and we had to leave the pool because a child puked. It was New Years Eve. The room next to us partied until 2 am and the walls were so thin it sounded as if they were in my room. It was such an uncomfortable stay. The lady at the front desk however was so kind!

This was a beautiful hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious for our family of four. We were given our choice of floor. There was a wedding there and I asked for quiet so we were put on the 5th floor which was perfect! Plenty of parking and well lit. Very happy here.
