Great clean family friendly place to stay.

The breakfast needs to have more waffle/pancake making stations. Waiting on staff to make waffles for people takes too long. Staff gets upset when you make your own because they were gone for 10 minutes. The pool towels need to be bigger. The towels that are currently there are great for toddlers but not adult swimmers.

This is my 2nd stay here and i still love the property! The staff members are all incredibly kind and patient. I got an upgrade to a king suite again and the stay was lovely. The only thing was, they didn't have a playpen available this time, so my daughter who's 2 had a hardtime sleeping thru the night. But the lady at the front desk reassured me that it usually doesn't happen often, where multiple families request a crib.

I called to ask if they had a roll in crib for my toddler, which they did not, however, Nate the employee on duty that i spoke with was very kind and helpful. He mentioned that they had a pack n' play which we could use and it worked for the night 😊 He also told us to book the most affordable room and he would personally upgrade us to king bed suite which has a separate bedroom and a living area which had a pull out couch due to the renovations going on. We were very pleased to hear that. When my husband checked in, they asked for an ID and a credit/debit card. They did charge for a $100 deposit which was refunded within 2 days after check out 🤗 Check in and check out were both fast and simple. The only flaw was some noise in the morning due to renovations, and the gas station down the street had some questionable characters, but that has nothing to do with the property.

We are a family of 2 adults and a toddler who stayed two nights. We found our bed mattresses & pillows to be incredibly uncomfortable. We felt the metal springs in the mattress when we laid on the beds and didn’t sleep well. When we needed coffee (because we didn’t sleep well), it wasn’t very good. Fortunately, Sheetz was right down the street. Breakfast options were pretty basic and could have easily been enhanced with add-ons like cheese or added condiments. Remodels were in progress, so this property may be better soon. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful! And the location was great. It was close to restaurants and the highway.

I booked 2 rooms night for 1 night. 2 adults and 4 kids. 1 room was found to have bed bugs. The hotel was sold out, so would have to go to new hotel. Lack of understanding that we are together and used both rooms was frustrating!!! Our stay was ruined!! All of our things started in that room on the bed. It is very likely that the other room has bugs too but they didnt seem to care. Housekeeping didnt even know the other room was exposed. Very frustrating! I was told management would call and they never did. Very unprofessional!!

Good safe hotel for families, has direct free parking, Wi-Fi and breakfast on site. They skimped a bit on soap and lotion in room but gave us more when we asked for it. They also had a pool and gym on premises, which we didn’t have a chance to use but seemed clean generally.

Hotel was very run down since our last stay there(neglected,damage). Breakfast was very bland and had to be served to us, not to mention skimpy,stay there 4 nights and 5 days,only thing offered that was warm,was dry eggs,dry sausage and potatoes. The milk was some kind of organic stuff my kids wouldn’t drink.
