I was traveling with my daughter for gymnastics regional competition. Check in got well but the room we got was so dirty. I have called front desk and requested new room. New room was cleaner. Manager was very helpful and all the staff very friendly. I would not recommend this hotel when you travel with kids it is far away from Hilton standards and there is nothing to do around.

Spent two nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Akron for a family wedding. Check-in and out were quick and staff was friendly, Risha at the bar was wonderful, and the breakfast staff were so warm and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable, room had all that we needed, and parking was very convenient. Very glad we chose this hotel and would recommend it highly.

We were visiting family for the weekend. We stayed for 3 nights and brought 2 small dogs. The check in was fast and easy. The front desk gave us a small package with bowls and a list of local emergency vets in the area very nice. All staff were very informative and helpful. Would stay again.

Also close to the event I was attending. Enjoyed the Hilton would return and refer to friends and family.
