The room was dirty, the pull out sofa for my kids was so ful of food and filth. There was no housekeeping on staff so I had to get the vacuum and clean it myself

I was on an extended bike ride with family and friends. Perfect location for us.

There was only one concierge and about 10 people waiting to check in. I felt bad for her. I payed for 2 queen Beds and I got doubles. There were a lot of kids running around late.

Great, the room was really nice and clean. The pool was open until 11pm and the kids had a blast! Highly recommend.

Beds are a little stiff, didn’t know there were different pillows so had super thick ones the first night and then the last night had thinner ones so I slept better. Loved the waffle maker and that you could access the little rides in the mall for my toddler. Didn’t care finding dead flies and bugs around the window area and a/c unit or the train multiple times during the night.

We stayed on a Friday night to Saturday. It was hard to find. I did not expect it to be connected to a shopping mall. It has a very small lobby, nothing impressive, just functional. Check in was easy but not friendly. The room was clean. That part I was happy with. We found it strange that the bathroom doubled for a kitchen counter with the coffee maker being in there. We chose this hotel over other because it had a pool and the pictures made it look nice. It was not actually in working order and could not be used. Their website should reflect what is actually available, not just was what was built when it first opened. I read other reviews to learn about the breakfast as we did not want to eat all bread and carbs and pastry. We wanted a hot breakfast with eggs, protein, breakfast meat. That was not the case. Hot breakfast means you can warm up bread items and carbs. We got orange juice and drank it on the way out because there was no place to sit - eating area is only for a few guests. Overall, it was fine to sleep at, but as part of a family experience, it was a disappointment.

Bath drain clogged up, microwave dirty inside and plate do no rotate. Asked to the front desk to fix it and nothing was made by the end of day me and family had to take shower in another room. Hotel near rail road, several trains horning at night. I used expedia 2 times and both times the hotels had problems.

Love this Hotel. Always stay there when we go see family in Ohio. I did notice this time our shower head was not spraying as hard as the last time we stayed and the mattress was not as comfortable. Still a fabulous stay. Clean friendly and so helpful.

The front desk clerk seemed to know the guests in line ahead of us. They talked for what seemed like forever. When it was our turn she was pleasant enough. We just didn’t feel we should have to wait for her to have a personal conversation. We also had several kids running up and down the halls and next door. Pretty noisy until around 11 pm
