While the overall property was nice and clean, the staff was not. When arriving to check in the staff at the desk immediately started interrogating me about my age. I’m 22 (which is old enough to rent a room) and even after presenting my ID they were not satisfied. I was grudgingly handed the key and issued a warning that if anything happens I would be immediately kicked out.I will not be coming back to this hotel under any circumstances. My family comes here at least once a year and the room was not worth the $300.

This hotel is located close to all of the best shops, restaurants, and special candy shop. A perfect location for your family to enjoy all that amish country offers. Hotel is very nice and rooms are large and comfortable!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast and the hot tub. The location was also perfect and just minutes away from everywhere we wanted to shop. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Being in the heart of Amish Country, i think i expected a much more "rustic" place. I was pleasantly surprised to find it quite modern and everything in "like new" condition. Great indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, full breakfasts with good food everyday, beautiful grounds and welcoming gas fire pits to gather around. Close to all the "sought-after " sites in the area. Staff were all marvelous. Definitely recommend for business, family or a couples getaway! And safety was never a question!
