The stay was amazing. The hotel was very clean. The room was huge. The breakfast was fresh and good. Pool area the kids loved. And my husband and I loved sitting out by the fire pits. Definitely will stay again and recommend others to stay!!

This is the only place I want to stay when I visit Amish country. I’ve stayed with family and friends and everyone raves about their experiences here. The beds are so comfortable and the cleanliness is perfect.

It was decent .. clean , comfortable , nice pool and hot tub area .. However , breakfast lady is def needing to stop trying to micro -manage .. Upon checking out staff at the desk asked for children (2) to step aside as she wanted to ask me questions about if the kids were possibly doing things at breakfast area and unsupervised , etc which they were not , I was with them and got there drinks , toasted bagels , etc sat at a window table . So be mindful breakfast lady is a Karen and children must not be her fav ppl ..

This was our first time staying at the Berlin Grande Hotel. My family of 5 had an amazing time here. Everything was in working order, the breakfast was yummy and had a nice selection of food and drinks. The room was very spacious and clean, with a nice balcony to step out onto. The swimming pool was a saltwater pool, perfectly warmed and the hot tub was amazing! Id definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you for this awesome experience.

Had a great time!! Room was nice and clean, hotel was lovely as was the staff. They accommodated an early check in without hesitation! Great place to stay for a couple or family!! We will definitely be back!

Family friendly place to stay! The room was very clean,beds were comfortable! We stayed on the 4th floor with a beautiful scenery from the outside balcony and inside! Lovely outside patio with fireplace! The pool however isnt as big as the picture looked. I had 2 boys with me 9 and 11 years old. It was also very packed in there and the smell of the chlorine/bleach was strong it burned our eyes. The hot tub was amazing if you can stand the smell in the pool/hot tub area. I would recommend the size of the pool for smaller children. However over all it was a nice stay. One more thing is you can hear easily through the walls what the next people are saying..

It was very nice and quiet and very clean . Still looked new. I would definitely come back again and I would recommend it to my family and friends
