The best hotel around!!! Everything is amazing from food, drinks, service, hot showers, clean, and so friendly. We always bring a ton of our friends and family there and it’s always the best time!!!!

Hotel is fairly new, very clean and tasteful decor. Room is large, bed is very comfortable and best perk is the restaurant on site. This family owned restaurant is a gem! Great food and great staff!

Man, I was thinking this would be a decent hotel. It’s musky, wall damage, dirty floors, unfriendly staff, and the beds are 3-4 feet high off the ground. I have a special needs child ands mother with knee issues. It was very difficult for them to get into the bed. They offer a step stool but that requires good balance. We did a long family vacation and this is our 5th hotel and by far the worst.

Sadly your indoor pool is freezing! Everyone that tried to enjoy the pool was complaining. You couldn’t even swim it is that cold. It was so disappointing. We asked to have the temp turned up but the front desk staff said she wasn’t allowed to do that. You had a lot of unhappy guests because of this issue. The pool temperature needs to be addressed. We love this hotel and want to return but if the pool isn’t corrected we will have to stay somewhere else wheee the pool is at least able to be used. Otherwise our stay was perfect. But we were very disappointed and so was everyone else. So many unhappy kiddos. Please address this issue so we can return!

We stopped for the night wile traveling and found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. The food was good and the room was perfect for a quick overnight stay with kids.

This was a midway stop during a long drive and it was perfect for this. We paid $9.00 more than the lowest price for a King Room that included a $20 breakfast voucher. It was easy on/off I 80/90 Ohio Tpke. The in house restaurant was easy and good for dinner and breakfast. Also if two adults order entrees up to 4 children eat for free. There is an attached water park that we did not try.
