Great hotel spent the night with our two grand kids age 6 and 1. Had a great experience. Loved the pool.

This was our first stay here and it was a great stay. The hotel was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. We were here to see and visit with family.

Well after today this will be my familys last time at this hotel. We usually stay here 3-4 times a year while visiting family. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. My issue lies with the breakfast staff. As I was helping my 10 year old get some waffle mix out of the machine, the nozzle came off and mix went everywhere. Instead of being understanding staff came out very annoyed and rude, as if we meant to do this. My child began crying as she felt terrible and embarrassed and the worker just continued to shoot us looks and was extremely annoyed by our presence. After this happened she shut down the waffle maker, leaving my child who has food sensitivities, nothing else to eat on site. So she had to go hungry and wait to eat until I could pack up our belongings and check out. I was very apologetic to her and the situation, but she refused to speak to me and only acknowledged me by rolling her eyes in my direction. Seems the Holiday Inn will get our future business when we stay in Marion. Maybe some sensitivity training should be in order for this 'general manager." I have never seen anybody so cold and so not understanding to a situation. DONTGO HERE WITH KIDS, you are not welcome.

Our room was clean and the staff was very responsive and friendly. Loved the pool with our toddler. We will stay here next time we’re in town!

Stayed here many times when visiting family. Staff is pleasant,rooms are nice ,and breakfast was good. Love there coffee.

The suite had a “private” bedroom with a guest room. We thought that would be a perfect option to take the kids with us on vacation but we could still have some privacy. True and not true. We arrived and the doors were glass without any coverings, lol. Simple issue, just went next door to the store and bought vinyl tablecloths to cover the doors, problem solved. The only true issue was when you close the doors, the kids got hot in the guest room because the small vent fan didn’t pull enough cool air to the other side.

Staff were friendly and cooperative.Room was clean. It is close to stores . It is near my sister and my her family.

Nice getaway. Stayed the night for New years eve. Even did a late check out to get an extra hour in the pool for the kids. Definitely will be back

It was just ok. The sheets were dirty on the pull out bed. Notn100% sure theyvwere changed on the king bed as the fresh sheetsbwe got after asking were flat and clean looking and the sheet and cover on the bed looked like completely wrinkled. Then we wake up to no breakfast before we left. The hotel was full of kids going tonstate wrestling tournament that had to leave early. They should be prepared to feed everyone know this happenes every year!
