Family emergency trip, the room and beds were clean but the carpet I was afraid to take off shoes in room. Beds fair, pillows small and lumpy, towels thin and cheap. No extra bedding in room for pull out bed. But our family of six slept comfortably and enjoyed a good breakfast.staff were very friendly

This hotel is NOT a good place to stay. Dirty, hot tub doesn’t work but that was probably a blessing as the place was filthy. Furniture looked to be from the 1980’s, not kidding. The only reason we stayed was the room was clean vs the hallways and common spaces, and it was late.

Stayed at this hotel a few months back and it was great but this time I was disappointed. Hot tub was closed the first time I stayed there and this time both the hot tub and pool was closed. Having our 5 year old grandson with us and he was disappointed just like me. When I asked about a discount the lady said “we don’t give discounts for that “. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work so you had to go to the 2nd floor. The room it self was dirty. Had paper stuff on the floor when you moved the comforter back. Stains on the floor and more water came out of the back of the tub faucet then the shower head. Breakfast was good but kids kept taking things and putting them in their pockets. For the price I paid a night and from my first stay I was really disappointed

pool was out of service upon arrival, that got our kids very disappointed. Key for room had to be "reset" 2 time during our stay. Room was comfortable. Lobby floors and stairway very dirty with debris and breakfast not so good, except for waffles. Eggs salty, sausage odd tasting, french toast good

Friendly staff, good breakfast but pool and hot tub were not available. Covid? Kind of a bummer for my kids.

The room next to us was occupied with many children, teens. Screaming n halls, running up and down, bouncing on beds etc. and then about 1:00 am the adults got into yelling match. Management did nothing but warn them a few times. Worst motel we have ever stayed n

VERY Unhappy! Stayed in Room 127—— bathroom door was warped and IMPOSSIBLE to close! Breakfast was HORRIBLE——- muffins were several days old and very stale—— eggs were watery—- meat was old and hard as a rock!!! TERRIBLE!!! Couple in next room screamed at each other for over an hour( night manager did try to help)——- then a family with kids checked in at 1:00am and played tag and made loud noise until 2:39am!!! Noisy people all night!! Road noise is awful. LOUSY place to stay. Morning staff showed NO concern. I got ZERO sleep!!!

Check out was noon, so we were able to sleep in a bit on our last day. Only negatives were the bathroom doos was mialigned and very difficult to close and open. That and there was a VERY noisy family above us. We heard absolutely everything.

Booked this hotel because of the beautiful pool and hot tub for my family to enjoy together on the eve of my sons college graduation. However, the pool is still closed "due to maintenance", but hasn't been open for two years! Mind you, it's full and filtered. Absolutely no reason for it to still be closed. Every other hotel in the area has their pool open. I would certainly have selected a different hotel had there been any indication on the website that it was closed. We were all very disappointed!!

My son & I had a great stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, & accommodating. The continental breakfast on Sunday was great - many options — coffee, tea, & snacks were also available all day. Staff went out of their way to ensure we were in a room near family, had a crib in our room, & accommodated a late checkout. Very pleasant experience. Thank you!
