Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Delphos

The motel and staff were very nice. We were there for the weekend to see family. Would stay here again.

We regularly have family reunions in the area around Delphos, so have stayed at the Microtel on a regular basis throughout the years. Initially it was a beautiful brand new property. Now it’s seen it’s better days. The carpets are stained and need replacing. The beds are comfortable, but in need of replacing. The showers are clean, but the bathrooms have water staining on the floors and tiles and the fixtures are a little difficult to use. Water pressure was good, and there was plenty of hot water. The air conditioner worked well. There aren’t a lot of options for hotels in this area, and this one is now just average with the need for updating. It is clean, and staff is wonderful. Food options in the morning are minimal. We stay because of the lack of choice. It would be great if some upgrades were made to this property.

Very friendly staff. Took great care of us. Easy check in/out. Great breakfast A++!! The hotel is in good shape but the carpet needs to be relaced ASAP lots of stains in the rooms. Also no box spring cover and the hardware holding the box springs are bent out so toddlers and babies have a safe risk there. Also the luggage carts have HORRIBLE WHEELS, please replace ASAP. When weighted down it's all but impossible for a smaller person (like myself) to steer or even push House keeping is extra attentive and beyond sweet. My son is autistic and they treated him equally. Great people, excellent service. Home office do your job and send them the tools they need so they don't have complaints about things they have no control over.
