Fairfield Inn & Suites Jeffersonville I-71

Booked a two queen room for my three kids and I. Arrived to find out they gave me a king, proceeded back to the front desk and asked them for the room I booked with two queens, was told I booked an accessible room and they don’t have that rooms that are accessible with two queen beds. I said that was fine and just needed a regular room with two queens and I just selected online whatever room they had listed and the front desk clerk proceeded to tell me they couldn’t accommodate that and they were fully booked and that they upgraded me to a king suite instead. It was ok but my two teen boys had to sleep on a really thin pull out couch mattress.

We stayed at this hotel because it was less than an hour from the Cincinnati Zoo. The beds were comfy and we had a nice, tall walk-in shower. The lady in the lobby was very nice at check-in. It was in a safe location and luckily the hotel guests were pretty quiet and there were traveling baseball kiddos staying too. I enjoyed our view of the corn fields from our window. : ) The breakfast options were limited but my family and I had enough to eat. I’d stay here again if we’re in the area.
