Parking could have been a bit better but understand there’s construction going on. Front desk wasn’t the friendliest. We had 2 families not show so went to the front desk that they weren’t coming and they could reissue their rooms if it was needed, and you we were met with “we aren’t that full and you’re being charged for the rooms anyways”. We weren’t asking for a refund, we were trying to be nice and inform them, just felt kind of rude on their part.

It was nice and new. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The lobby was full of screaming kids at night. lots of running up and down the hall

Hotel is beautiful! Room was big and very clean . Staff was friendly enough (I’m not a social person) lol Walking distance to so many restaurants!! Only down side is the parking garage was super full so my husband and 2 kids had to park on the roof top and trek with all of our stuff from the elevator on the opposite side of the garage to the hotel, but we lived.

Nice place but for some reason the outlets in the room didn’t work unless a light was on. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels and never had that problem. Room 509. Pillows were uncomfortable but that’s a preference thing. No pool which I knew booking it but the kids would want every hotel to have one.
