This is my “go-to” spot to stay when I come to Columbus to visit family. The staff is warm and welcoming, great location, and comfortable beds.

Wasn’t a fan of the left over baby chips on the floor and also two tiles in the bathroom were broken so that wasn’t ideal. Over all it was quiet and mostly clean.

The place was very nice. Loved the location with the restaurants around it. The breakfast was great. And a special shout to I believe the general manager. He went out of his way to make sure our family which had 4 rooms were in the same hallway. He was very friendly each evening when we returned he would greet us with a smile. He even acknowledged my granddaughter’s birthday when asked the occasion. He deserves a praise.

First room - wasn’t clean. Bathroom was dirty. Soap was opened & wrapper on vanity. Trash bin wasn’t emptied. We were going to tolerate that but then my kid went to use the bathroom and the toilet was clogged with a turd. We got a new room after that but initial experience left a poor impression. Everything else was satisfactory.

Very updated and so clean! We loved our stay and since we have adult children close by this will be our new place to stay! The staff was very friendly! I sound like a commercial but honestly it was perfect!
