Close to kid America for baseball. Plenty of dining options. Pool area needs some maintenance. Witnessed someone get cut on broken flooring.

The front desk agent is either demon possessed or possibly mentally ill. Her body odor is so strong that permeates through her perfume. She attempted to give my children (ages 5 & 3) crayons & coloring books, but they ran away from her and hid behind me at our table in the dining room. I asked them if they wanted me to go with them to accept the coloring books. They agreed, so we walked over to the agent together. She asked me what the children were afraid of; I explained that the children are afraid of people. She turned away angrily while stating that she has a bubbly, outgoing personality and that they clearly misjudged her”. After the agent repositioned herself behind the front desk counter, she went on a tirade of wild accusations involving racism, in that her belief was that when I said the children are afraid of people, she knew that I really meant black people. The conversation deteriorated into a full blown argument. The hotel manager subsequently emerged and instructed the desk agent three separate times to “walk away”. The agent openly refused. I explained to the hotel manager that my children are afraid of strangers and the hotel manager agreed that her children react the same way. I turned to the desk agent and said, “nobody cares what color you are, people just don’t want to be called racist because things don’t go they way you want them to. Don’t play the race card with me.” The manager apologized for agents behavior and we subsequently checked-out.

The Coshocton Inn is very nice and we love staying here the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable and the other guest are very nice and friendly. The pool was closed the 1st night due to the hot tub being repaired but opened the next day and the pool could have been skimmed a little bit better. Amazing family vacation will be definitely be returning.

Everything was wonderful. Came to visit family and friends for the weekend. Everyone at hotel was so friendly and kind. They were helpful. Very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Even my 8 year old grandson said it was amazing. Pool area was clean, chloride level a bit to high, but other than that, this hotel is the best ive ever stayed at. We will be back.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly upon check in. The rooms and property were clean and comfortable. It was a bit loud with a lot of kids running in the halls late into the night.

We stayed in one of the jacuzzi tub rooms and it was nice and relaxing. The room was clean and spacious and was equipped with a kitchenette as well. The staff was friendly. Free continental breakfast in the mornings with hot food and a lot to choose from. Like every hotel I’ve ever been at, you can hear the people in the next room or in the hallways. There was some noisy kids in the hallway returning to their rooms and we could hear the people in the room next to us having some adult time, but like I said I haven’t stayed at a hotel where you can’t hear the people around you. Overall though it was pretty quiet much of the time and we weren’t disturbed at all.

The staff was so friendly. We were there for a volleyball tournament and they started lunch an hour early for the girls. I’ve been at a lot of hotels with my kids for their sports and was worried with this being a small one. The breakfast was beyond what I expected. The beds were so comfortable and they even had a bag of popcorn which my daughter loved!!
