In town for a graduation, we booked a total of 8 rooms. Check in was great, the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and overall the check-in experience was good. However the next day was not so good. I had what I thought would be an issue with my reservation which I made the gentleman aware of at check-in, but he assured me it was not an issue and gave me instructions on how to address it. Upon going to the desk to address the issue the lady at the desk told me she could not address the issue because she was the “auditor,” and that is not what she did. Her attitude was not the nicest, but she took my information, but no one contacted me regarding the issue. While away from the property for the day I received a text message that there was a noise complaint for my room. I replied that we were not in the room, the hotel replied ok, it could be a room near me. However upon returning to my room my family noted that someone had entered our room. The temperature had been adjusted, the window curtains closed and the bathroom door left open which had been closed, but no one emptied the trash or left fresh towels. When my husband went to the desk to address the issue he was told we were not staying long enough for them to clean our room, and that we could not get fresh towels because she (auditor) did not have any. We frequent the Hilton brand hotels and agreed that this location missed the mark and left a bad impression. We will not be returning.

Extremely noisy from both inside and outside. The sound travels through walls like they were made of paper. You can even hear people's conversations, singing in the shower, sneezing, everything. No privacy at all. You can also hear children playing in the hallways. It was said that jets don't take off or land after midnight but you can hear them throughout the night. I'm never returning to this place.

My reservation was lost, had to pay again abs then prove I had a reservation. They treated me like I was lying about paid reservation. No one apologized or even tried to find the root of the error, told me I had to find the problem. They never offered me breakfast, coffee was horrible, it was loud and shabby room. I will not stay with Hilton again and will be sure to tell my family in Columbus to no longer use it for business or personal.

Great stay family loved being right on the airport watching airplanes take off and land looking out through the window. Comfortable stay

Parking was a mess here, gave up after spending 20 minutes to find a spot in the middle of the night and had to seek the unwelcoming receptionist's help. Got a call to the room after checking in, to move my car from lobby front to a parking spot that got freed up when one of the employees was leaving for the night. It was almost 2AM by the time I could get to bed. Ahh, the creaking noise from one half of the bed kept us awake more often for the night. Having been on a road trip and having seen multiple other hotels, kids first notice was the bad quality bedsheets. Had a cheap polyster feel and kids didn't want to sleep in those sheets, had to switch to our personal blankets from my car to make them adjust for the night. Ice machine next to the elevator never wroked for our stay. Bathtub and tiles gave us a 40 year old apartment vibe. Shocking thing was the iron stand, when I opened it the next morning to press a shirt, had all stained. I used towels on top of it and still tried to manage for a single shirt but gave up after realizing the hot iron plate had some plastic left over which left a mark on my shirt. The paid breakfast also didn't have enough range or options. Lucky that I didn't plan to stay long here, immediately check out by 10AM and wouldn't ever come back to this place. The lobby area is the only appealing thing I noticed when leaving though

Check in was a hand your key and find your own room deal with no explanation of where things were.
The crowd during the night was rowdy and loud.
People, probably kids, were running up and down the hallways being very disruptive.
The adjoining room had a guest that spoke very, very loud and woke us up several times.
Overall not a restful night and did not enjoy our stay.
