Very satisfied! Breakfast was good, warm & nice variety. Bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby, you can not hear any outside noise from in your room. The pool was okay, but did have a strange smell to it but I would totally come back to this hotel in the future!

While my family and I only stayed one night, it was quiet, making it easy to sleep, and the staff was very helpful about calling a shuttle to the airport for us. The option of overnight parking was also nice to have and use.

No coffee available at 4 pm at an airport hotel…?? After traveling 3,000 miles and multiple time changes, coffee would have been nice. I was told I could make it in my room, however having 3 kids with me and after just spending more than a day traveling, I didn’t want to have to go make my own. Unpacking and taking care of my kids was a more important priority.

I had to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes while the attendant was outside smoking. Then on my return flight, I called to get a ride back and was told he'd be right there. 10 minutes later I called and a different person answered and actually sent the bus. The drivrr said the first person never told him to come and so my wife and I stood out waiting with 2 young children for a bus that wasn't coming all because the desk attendant was too lazy to tell the driver that we needed a ride. Terrible

Location was great. Breakfast was ok. The check in was the worst ever. Nobody was in front of me but it took at least a half an hour. I do not know what the problem was but the lady could not get me checked in even though I had pre-paid reservations. I had family in the car waiting. That was really the only problem but that was too much for me. I hope they have that issue fixed.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a family vacation to Columbus Zoo and the Wilds. This was a great hotel. Great indoor pool! It is located literally in the Columbus Airport. The noise was surprisingly not a factor. My 4 year old and I would just sit in the room watching the planes take off and land. It was great. The service was top notch. Great Job Fairfield!!

Party of 6 (grandparents, parent, 2 teens & 1 preteen) stayed at this hotel three nights. Michelle (incorrect spelling) checked us in, making it possible for us to have adjoining rooms. She was so pleasant and accommodating throughout our stay. Other than a used bar of soap (which was rapidly replaced) and an empty suitcase that had been left behind by a previous guest, our rooms were clean and comfortable. The grandkids loved watching the jets land and take off from our large picture windows.

The Fairfield at Columbus Airport is a fairly new hotel of contemporary design. The lobby is bright and nicely decorated! The rooms are clean and beautifully appointed! The bathroom is large with a lavish shower! The hotel is located within the Columbus Airport, but the noise is minimal, at best. Based on what I saw, the hotel pool seems to be a big hit with the kids! The surrounding neighborhood has great places to eat, and at the nearby Kroger Marketplace, shopping couldn't be easier...they have everything under the sun! All-in-all, the hotel, airport and neighborhood experience was quite enjoyable!

Fine for what we needed. Near the airport after later arrival before a long drive to see family. Pool is smaller than looks in photo. Thought they had dinner/room service but dining food only available for morning, but front desk offered some snacks & suggested a good pizza place for delivery.
