My stay was amazing, however i was disappointed with the quality of the sofa bed and the fact the sink hot water non existence. The food at the wedding was good, but the consistency was off. (My steak was good, my fathers was underdone and my aunts was overdone). The wedding venue was nice and breakfast was good. Staff was wounderful. Check in and out was quick and easy. I was taken aback by the unexpected price of valet parking, but it was very convenient for checking in with kids and my handicapped mother. A job well done.

We came for the Blue Jackets game. The hotel was in walking distance which was perfect. The bar was nice and the room was big enough to sleep the whole family. The Aveda products were great, but the mouthwash was gross. The TV wouldn't work and kept cutting out during the movie so we had to shut it off. For $400 a night, you should throw in a couple Free bottles of water instead of charging $6 a bottle.

The staff and location were great. The conditions of the building are showing signs of aging and need updates. The thermostat broke in the middle of the night so our room got pretty toasty. Also, during high traffic checkout times, the elevators are next to impossible to get on. We finally gave up after waiting 20 minutes for an elevator car and walked down several flights of stairs with all our luggage. With all that being said, when I visit Columbus, this will be the hotel my family stays at due to the wonderful staff and great location. The pool set up is a great bonus as well, I just wish it was open later.
