We stayed here for a weekend family visit. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. The hotel has a nice family gathering area - including play space for kiddos. My kids loved it! We did have to pay for parking however everything else was great!

Would recommend this property to friends and family

We had two rooms for spring break family trip. Overall everything was good except for the fact that the bathroom ceiling was leaking in one room and a terrible patch job was in the other! We also were told there was no tissue but I think the guy was to lazy to go get it

The room FAR exceeded our expectations in space and amenities. There was a nice roaring fire outside upon our evening arrival and the continental breakfast was great. The lobby was incredibly kid friendly with a play area and cups and silverware for toddlers which is why we were surprised when we were notified at the 11th hour there were no pack 'n plays or cribs on site, well after we had listed it in our reservation requests. We were forced to stay up pretty late with a 1 year old while they searched to no avail. We made it work with pillows and blankets on the floor, but certainly not ideal.

Visiting family - it was great, with tons of space

The room was very spacious. The bedroom was seperated from the kitchen and living area. The black out curtains were great for getting our toddler to fall asleep early before it was dark outside. The kitchen included some dishes and silverware as well. It would be nice if they added blankets to make sleeping more comfortable. The morning breakfast I would give a 1/10. It was mostly prepackaged foods that you had to cook yourself and not many options at that. Parking was $15 to not even be in a monitored or locked lot. It was just a parking garage that anyone could drive or walk up to. The doors in our room did need some adjusting to make them shut. The bedroom door would not latch. Not much to do within walking distance down the street.
