My stay was pleasant bed comfortable room clean only issue that I have is that when the hotel has a large number of kids teenagers that security should be added for the evening hours. My partner was woke up to kids running down the hallway at 4am he could not go back to sleep. Luckily, I did not hear it but It’s very annoying when there’s no one to monitor.

So there where elephants staying above us. Not sure if it like this in every room. But I guess there are kids up there. Did tell the front desk, but they where leaving. There is NO restaurant or bar, as per Expedia. This was very upsetting considering this is why we picked this hotel cause we wouldn’t have to leave. It was clean and comfortable when the elephants where out of the room or sleeping. But very upset with Expedia that there was not place to eat when it’s on their app. Front desk said it’s been close since covid. Grr

Pool was close (broken) had my two young kids with me it’s rained two out of the days I was there so my kids didn’t have anything to do in the hotel also my bath tub drain was clogged also the headboard had dried food on it look like orange baby food

We stayed for two nights with our two children during a weekend getaway. We were put in a smoking room when I specifically had requested and reserved a non-smoking room. When I brought this to the attention of management, I was told no other rooms with two beds were available. I was not at all happy with this, however I was given a voucher for breakfast for our family of 4 for both mornings, which was wonderful. I wasn't happy about the room at all, but was pleased that management recognized my displeasure and tried to remedy the situation.

Had a wonderful time with family and lots of fun in Cincinnati. Enjoyed my stay at the Hilton, no complaints at all.
