My family and I enjoyed our stay, the outside of the establishment looked really nice and so did the lobby. However our room did have light to moderate stains on the carpet. The pullout couch looked old and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. Our tv wasn’t working properly as well.

We got into Minot late, the kids had about 10 minutes to swim, we asked the front desk staff if the kids could swim for a little longer and without hesitation he said no problem, super awesome. On top of that they reactivated the waterslides for them! Room was spacious and very nice. When we come through Minot we now know where to go. They have an amazing staff who have no problem going above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible.

Check in was aweful it was suppose to be at 3 we arrived at 3:40 And our room wasn't ready so we sat in the lobby to wait. We sat there for an hour our pizza had been delivered and the kids were getting restless so we finally chose a downgraded room with no mention of refund. They claimed they were cleaning our room when we arrived so not sure how it took over an hour and still wasn't done.

Front desk man very professional and welcoming!! Hotel easy to find. Room was clean. A/C was perfect, not too noisy. Beds and pillows comfy. Pool area, kids loved, plenty of towels. Breakfast had lots of choices.

This is our family’s go to hotel in Minot! We travel to a lot of cities in the midwest for travel sports. This is the only one we’ve found that has a waterpark/hot tub, great free breakfast, spacious rooms, clean, bar and great location!

The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was spacious for our family of four. The room had a couch that could use a steam clean, but that is realistically beyond what I expect the staff to do, other than that it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good and had the typical options. I definitely would stay in this property again.

We were told we needed to wait because a handicap room wasn’t available, we stated we didn’t need a handicap room just the extra bed. We got one anyway the shower was terrible and the tile sloped under the sink which after a few showers ended up being around an inch of standing water. Noisy people upstairs then turned into the neighbor having a screaming match on the phone at 3 am to 4 and back at it at 7. No sleep for any of the family and still was over priced.
