This was a last minute reservation for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and the room was great as the younger kid slept in the fold out twin bed so there was no fighting over the 2nd queen bed. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The best part was that it was very affordable!

Honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed at, Staff is extremely friendly and rooms are spotless. Definitely would recommend to any friends and family who visit.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here. We thought last year it was great but, this year it was even better. Thank you for making our family vacation wonderful.

It is a bit dated. Bed was okay, a bit hard for my personal taste. It is in a great location for the Alearus Centre. Was there from a Friday to Saturday and there must have been a sports team there so it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was packed with parents and kids at 7:15 and options were okay. Nothing we wanted to eat so we checked out and found breakfast else where. For one night it was doable, not sure I would stay a weekend here.

Great room. Lots of space. I stayed alone, but pretty sure that the room would be adequate for parents and 2 kids because of the pull out couch :)

The hot tub was too hot, pool was too cold we went across the street to a different hotel so my kids could swim which meant more out of pocket expense. There were no sheets on the hide a bed. The room temperature was terrible. It went from hot to cold every 10 minutes. The lady cooking breakfast was very nice

What a wonderful place to gather with family. Pool and hot tub close to the game room and entrance. Friendly, accommodating staff. Will stay again!

Staff checking in was terrible, very slow. The room had a weird smelland they had the A/C set for 60f so it was freezing. The breakfast was terrible not much to pick from there was no bagals or bread out no fruit just some powder eggs and kids cereal.

The hotel was satisfactory for a 1 night stay. Pool was not working but hot tub was . Room was satisfactory but the sofa bed was a bit lumpy to sit on , bed was comfortable . could use some upgrades and modernization . musty smell in the hall ways . The breakfast was far from satisfactory . very basic and plain . They need another waffle machine . had to wait a 30 minutes for my turn . families feeding there kids . This hotel use to be a 5 star maybe a 2.5 star now .

The hotel double charged us when we actually had a prepaid reservation through hotels.com. The service was only ok. The pool was overrun with kids and the jets in the hot tub were broken. Many hotels have at least a one hour adult only time - wish this were true here. But the room was clean and the bed was ok.
