Love the quiet central air and a fan in the bathroom. 4 big pillows instead of 8 little ones on the bed. Sheets were soft and a rainwater showerhead.

This hotel is a destination for us. We met family members and got two rooms and a wonderful MEA break. everybody is so friendly and helpful there. I can’t find a better place to sit in the hot tub and watch a ball game.

Traveled with my dad and 2 daughters and the family suite worked perfect for us. Were able to cook a few meals in the room and store cold foods/drinks in fridge. Perfect space for family of 4.

We love the cleanliness and design of this hotel as well as the breakfast, courtyard and pool area. The pool temperature was too warm for summer - we appreciate that is part of the design with the embedded hot tub, but it was a bit prohibitive to giving the kids a long swim. Otherwise there is potential for a restaurant or grub-hub type partnership given the location of the hotel having only a pub within walking distance (good food at the pub but not for dine in with kids).

I absolutely would recommend this hotel. I was skeptical when I booked it because it was pricey for what I normally pay. However, it was worth every penny! It was so clean and I slept amazingly as the bed was so comfortable. I was a little nervous because there were a lot of kids at the hotel due to a hockey tournament & thought it would get loud, but after 10:30pm couldn’t hear a noise from them. The complementary breakfast was delicious and a great variety to choose from. I also love that check out is at noon as you don’t feel so rushed. I will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was great. Extremely nice, clean, friendly hotel. Great amenities. Pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and the breakfasts were excellent. Really kid friendly also. We would definitely stay again, since we, especially our granddaughters didn't want to leave. Thanks everyone at our hotel. We hope to come back.

Enjoyed our stay in West Fargo. Room was fresh, clean and nicely decorated. Felt roomier than most hotel rooms. Appreciated the coffee maker w/coffee and tea. Fresh coffee available in lobby was good, too! Little noisy with kids running up/down hallways and loud TV's from room next door. But it seems like a family friendly place, so guess that's to be expected. Not a big deal. Staff friendly. Would definitely stay here again when visiting daughter at MSUM!

We’ve stayed here in the past and have been pleased. We were disappointed this time. At check in one of the girls had a water bottle next to her with a sticker on it that said “F$&k You” which I found off putting. The room was okay but the couch had some white stains on it. There was a hockey team staying there and they were wild and loud into the late hours. The hotel did nothing to stop that. I get they’re kids… but come on. The next morning , went down to get coffee before we left and both dispensers were empty. Waited for awhile and had to go ask to get replaced. Wasn’t at all what you’d expect for the price. We will look elsewhere next time.

I liked the set up of the family suite, the fact it had a bunk bed was what made us choose it.
