My one night stay was very pleasurable. The facility was modern and very clean. Staff were very pleasant to deal with. Not the best of locations but only a quick 15 min drive to West Acre Mall. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Definitely a case of you get what you pay for in hotels.

The hotel has a wonderful location and close to many shops. We really enjoyed the cafe worker, he made us feel at home during our week stay. The young lady from New York in the restaurant went above and beyond with our room service. We will stay here again next year when our kids go to camp.

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. Check in was easy, rooms were clean & comfy & I loved the rain head shower head!! Would recommend to all my friends/family. Close to all downtown has to offer.

A short block from this property is a green space where people hang out and watch kids play and listen to music. The hotel itself is very quiet. Has nice dining options that are very reasonably priced with great staff. There was a farmer's market right outside the front door on Saturday and the hotel is very conveniently located to art stores/ museum, shopping, dining, etc.

In town for RRV skating competition. Selected for location and upscale opinion of hotel. Nice place, great initial impression. Had I been traveling for business would have been satisfied. Disappointed to realize pool had been removed and room had no fridge or micro. Nice place but not geared towards family.
