The property was convenient and just ok. Check in was quite a process as they are very short staffed. I was first told I could check in early then when I tried to check in they didn’t have the room I booked available and asked me several time to come back in 30 minutes…after an hour and a half and attempts at rooms offered that would not fit our family needs we were finally able to check in. I did get short with the staff and apologized for that as I know they were not fully staffed. I probably would not stay at this property again

This hotel is very, very nice. The staff were excellent on check-in and check-out. The room was very clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family in the future.

Things were a bit slow when we arrived. Front desk associate could have greeted us but was not other another guest. Still, a quick hello would have been nice. We were informed of the NDSU friends and family discount, but no attempt at adjusting our current reservation was made. She could have tried to rebook or offer a small discount. However she did not.
