Very Clean, All Around Very Helpful and Courteous Staff. Staff goes the extra mile with any concern and just downright makes one feel like family. Thank you Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Sanford!

We booked two nights to see family. The hotel is under renovation but we were never disturbed by noise and we had one of the rooms renovated and it was delightful.

I would like to give a balanced review, but I'm having trouble finding the joy from this quick stay. The hotel is old and in need of updating. That said, i was hit with a $100 pet fee, in addition to the room, which was overpriced for the condition. Staff was rude, which did not bring out the best in me. Breakfast was substandard, and over run with unsupervised children, who made a much bigger mess than my 2 well trained dogs. I'm fine with putting down a refundable deposit to cover any damage my dogs leave. I know i would get it back. But $100? Fool me once....
