Quality Inn Jonesville I-77

We only stayed here for the night passing through but it was exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kids were happy there was a pool. The ladies at reception were friendly and helpful. And the lobby is super cute. We would stay here again for sure.

A good inexpensive alternative. Relatively clean for how dated the hotel is. My trip was with my mom to visit family. The room was upstairs with no elevators. That was a bit of a struggle for her. Location was right beside the interstate which is convenient but loud. It’s a fine place for an overnight stay.

This property exceeded my expectations as a pet-friendly property. Owners/operators were dog lovers and understood the needs of families traveling with a pet. My wife and I were traveling with two Corgis and an Anatolian Shepherd. Yes, THREE dogs. Instead of a pet fee of 3 x $20 they gave me a break and charged only $35 for all three. Loved the fact that this was an "old-style" motel that allowed us to pull up to our first floor room with outside door, with our vehicle. Made for easy loading of dog beds and other paraphernalia. Well, I think you get it. One piece of advice: The Quality Inn dog policy is "maximum two dogs". Call ahead like I did and request permission if you are bringing more than two. No guarantees but if you are reasonable, this property obviously cares a lot and will be too.

My family and I travel a lot. This is by far one of the best hotels to stay at. Everybody was friendly, room was clean, and super hospitality!!

We stay for about 4 days visiting family. Everything was great. The continental breakfast was outstanding.

Staff was amazing and cleanliness was fine. Front desk and breakfast area amazing and great food. As for the room: had mold, broken doors, broken shower rod, torn sheets and stained pillows. Toilets are made for toddlers; not adults.

You walk in and the front lobby and eating are very nice. Very welcoming.decorated nice for Easter. The lady at the desk was very nice. The cons are the road noise is very loud and heard all night. Not much sleep because of the constant noise. The carpet was very stained and the bathroom dirty. Tub is stained with black dirt and wall paper is coming off the wall. The toilet is very very low almost like for a child. The toilet seat slips when you sit down. The bathroom definitely needs an overhaul as well as filthy carpet. The dust in the heater was so thick, so you will be breathing that in. The Bed was comfortable. Like I said it was deceiving when we walked in because the lobby and eating area was so nice.Nice breakfast.Lots of choices.

Pool and hot tub was closed for painting but was not listed online at booking. That is the reason I chose this hotel and my kids were very disappointed. Also, the first room smelled like sewage. Switched to a 2nd room. The office called while we were out and said the tub was out of order in the 2nd room and we had to move to a 3rd room. So when we got back late that night, had to pack up our kids and carry our things again. No luggage carts in sight, no elevator. Would like a partial refund as this was very disappointing all around.

My wife, kids and I spent a quick night at this quality inn. The evening receptionist was very nice and the morning breakfast looked great (we had breakfast plans so we didn’t eat). Overall, the room was very average, a little dirty and in need of repairs. The property looked ok. I feel like I paid a little bit more than I should have for what I received.

The lobby was absolutely like stepping into a Hallmark Christmas Movie. The rooms were out dated, our bathroom was ehhhh…tub stains, toilet paper holder coming out of wall. Beds were decent and clean! They had mattress protector plus bed bug cover which was nice. Our room had no usb outlets but our kids room did. The pool is in need of updating and ventilation system. There was a teen kid who was constantly sweeping and picking up trash, they did seem very attentive to being clean.
