We arrived and was greeted by a very friendly person who checked us in and told us there would be cookies at 5:30! Our room was very clean. I usually check corners to make sure no debris is in them and they were clean. A very comfortable king size bed. A very clean walk in shower. stayed for 4 days. Breakfast was nice but the same items everyday. Fresh hot coffee! Great location to visit family.

This hotel had great reviews and there was one I ignored. It turned out to be important. The walls were so thin. I could hear the people next to us loud and clear! They had a very loud child and it was annoying. They made noise late and got up early! The second issue was the continental breakfast ended at 9am. First time I've experienced that. It's usually 10 or 11. Other than that, our room was clean and comfortable!

For the first time staying in a hotel, I actually had a full sized shower to use instead of these useless, dangerous tubs. The showers actually had grab bars to help. Nobody takes a "tub bath" while traveling unless you're traveling with children and even then, a quick shower is all you need. The quality of the TV was great and the remote was simple to use. Not some black remote where you can't figure out how to change channels, volume and mute in the dark. I liked the fact that you could get a cup of coffee 24 hours a day and not have to wait till breakfast was served at 6 am. I liked the fact that the entry door to your room was from an inside corridor for safety reasons. Many value priced hotels do not have this feature. Staff was friendly and would engage in conversation.

If you’re looking for a great place right off of 95, look no further. I read a ton of reviews to find this place & it is perfect for those one night stops where you want something safe and clean with a pool for the kids. It is reasonably priced with good food options & shopping nearby!

Hotel lobby was musty. Room was even worse smelled of mold. Upon check in desk agent told us hotel was booked. They did fix a blinking light bulb in bathroom. We turned the AC on to circulate the air before we left to meet with family. Next morning woke up with cough and sore throat. We had an early morning with family and didn't return to the room until late. Upon returning the smell was even worse and the fact we felt sick we chose to drive 9 hours rather than sleep. We told the front desk agent that the we were leaving early due to the health and safety issues of the mold especially since I am pregnant. Stated partial refund could be issued because we booked thru third party. He was also rather rude. Expedia tried to get the General Manager to issue partial refund but was denied bc we checked out late and claimed they offered us another room, which was a lie and their fault we left early. There are other hotels in the area avoid this one as at all costs.
