Check in was smooth by prepaying. The pool was great for the kids. Not much to offer with breakfast but there are plenty of options around you so no biggie!

Property walked my reservation. Despite booking 3 months in adavance. Left my family displaced. Terrible brand. I would give zero stars if I could.

Me and my family had a great stay at this Wyndham. The room was clean (bedding & bath). The staff was very sweet and courteous

For the last three or four years, our family has stayed that this hotel for Thanksgiving as we visit friends and family in the area. The hotel never disappoints, the rooms and eating area near the lobby are always clean, is quiet, has a very friendly staff, and the location is convenient with access to diverse cuisine styles.

I liked the convenience of property to visit with family. The room was clean, the water was hot loved taking a bath. Towels were fresh & available. Liked the room temperature controls, tv. & mini fridge. Also staff inside & outside were courteous. Was a bit frightened when elevator did not work properly. The bed mattress was not very comfortable & I could hear people using the restroom during the wee hours that was a bit uncomfortable.

Ok, sooooo when I pulled in the this hotel, There were about 50 mattresses laid out in the parking lot. When I went inside to ask if there was some type of issue with vetting, the host at the service desk Said that every few years they switch out the mattresses. I thought that was a little ad for the simple fact if that were the case, that is something that should be done at night or early morning, not in the middle of the afternoon. My check in was fast and easy. The room was actually nice, the bed was very comfy. I slept like a baby my first night only to wake up the next morning to find a ginormous cockroach crawling from the bathroom mirror. I immediately called down to the service desk and they came right up to switch my room. I have lived in North Carolina before so I am aware that insects run free however, I never expected to see a cockroach in my hotel room. The room that they switched me to was identical to the first room however, upon taking a shower I noticed that the tub had a slow drain. Upon leaving the hotel for the day, I told CustomerService about the bathtub issue and when I got back to my room later on that night, the issue was solved. I honestly did like the room except for those situations. I would stay there again because the maintenance man assured me that he would look into that insect issue and get it resolved ASAP.
