My wife, my son and myself Got bed bugs staying in the room and bit all over.I had blisters and red marks everywhere. Once again, we were given the wrong room and told that we would be saving money going into this. Not as expensive rain, but they charged us exactly the same and said. It was your problem hotels.com.Problems they can't fix it. The next morning my son was playing.Video games and the brand new the window and the window just completely fell and shattered and broke everywhere. He didn't touch the wind up.Didn't come close to the window. Lastly the staff after italian about the wind that treated me like complete crap and my family.

It wasn't far from the city and had food options along the highway. I slept like a baby when I come back I will be using them again. Truly enjoyed

I loved my experience with this Hotel. The staff was very nice and patient. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very clean and well stocked. The continental breakfast was good and just good vibes all around. My children and i cleaned up before we checked out we dont like to make people jobs hard for them. I will be back soon.

I like that the rooms were very nice and clean. Managment needs to have free water for guest and the snacks needs to be affordable for guests and family

The lady working the front desk was not so kind to my kids and we definitely did not appreciate that. Then we overheard her talking badly about us to another customer! Our suite didn’t have half of the things we needed in it! We will not be returning to this hotel again!

Very spacious and clean room. Stayed 4 days 3 nights with 3 family members and we loved it. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We got there really late for check-in but the staff made sure we had everything we needed.

From the pictures listed I thought this hotel would be a very nice place to stay. However, the front sliding door had card board and duct tape to replace the glass. We get to our suite and we were highly disappointed. We pulled back the covers and there was dirt on the sheets (actual dirt granules), the bath tub had pubic hairs, along with brown liquid stains on the back of the bathroom door, the vents were covered in dust. The furnace closet had a dripping pipe, the pull out bed had mildew on the mattress and my kids didn’t sleep on it. Staff seemed friendly but overall very disappointed!
