I arrived at the hotel at 5 PM, the front desk associate told me the room you booked is not available. You have to wait 30-45 to get it ready. Having two kids and drove for 10 hours and hear that was not something we were expecting. I have an autistic child she is very sensitive with waiting, she was constantly crying why are we sitting in the car for another 45 minutes.

We’ve stayed several times. Consistent product and service. Our family always have a great time. Great experience for the price.

I loved the property. The renovations were beautiful. Staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was great. Our only issue was the bathroom door is extremely difficult to get out of in room 213. A family member had to help me out of the bathroom twice because I wasn't strong enough to open the door!

Hotels.com said they had a room with two beds fo 2 adults and 3 kids. So i bookes that. Arrived around midnight and they would not give us a room with two beds and would not let us change rooms

Very disappointed. The staff really miss the point of being in the hospitality industry. It has to be a lack of leadership. When they said I couldn't get the room I booked because hotels.com didn't tell me I couldn't have the room with a pet (which is why I booked this room because they said they allowed pets) they offered me a smaller room that wouldn't accommodate my party. I told them that I would go some place else because I didn't have a bed for all my kids but I needed something in writing saying the room wasn't available so I could get my money back from hotels.com. The onsite manager refused to give me anything in writing. They told me to take it up with hotels.com it was my fault for using a third party service. I insisted on talking to her manager and after a period of time that manager finally said fo just do it. The point being, blaming the customer and essentially saying it's your problem and not ours, over and over again, is a sad way to do business. This is really a management issue and I expected better.
