The Biltmore Greensboro Hotel

This was the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed at.. it was unique with so much interesting history that the stuff gladly shared with us. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful it was a great experience! Cheese and wine in the afternoon and breakfast in the mornings! The shower was wonderful the bed slept good. Everything we needed was in walking distance great food and sight seeing! It was a family bonding experience. We will definitely be coming back as often as we can! I can’t express how friendly informed and helpful the staff was!!! The rooms had a great clean homey energy.. also the decorations are always outstanding. They also have some very unique art pieces around the hotel.

If you want to be treated like family this is your place. Best staff ever!!

When my family and I reserved a room for 3, we were assigned the House King Room. Let me start off by saying…the House King does NOT sleep 3 comfortably. It’s TINY! As a matter of fact, I ended up sleeping on the floor! After a difficult night’s sleep, I had politely asked the manager if we could change the room to a more accommodating size. He was extremely rude and condescending. So, I called him out. And, even his apology was condescending. It wasn’t until my wife wrote a review, that the manager contacted her and tried to make things right. But, by this time, we were fed up. We checked out a day early (with no refund) and found a better place to rest our heads. It’s a shame, because we love boutique hotels. My family and I were really excited to try the Biltmore, as this was our first time to North Carolina. The hotel DOES has some tremendous history and some awesome features. BUT, it lacks in Customer Service, unfortunately.
