Omg staff is AMAZING!!!! Super friendly!! Went above and beyond to make our 5 day stay a great experience!! Alex at the bar is an ACE!!! Even worked on Easter Sunday and made us feel like family!! Had issues with door battery on room 637. Staff claims it happens often but they have adapted greatly lol. Also best apple pie ever!!!

Whilst checking in quickly with my small child they said they told me about using room key to get out of the garage. I explained either I didn’t hear or they didn’t tell me. I had to pay $20’to get out of the garage. After they charged me at check in. They wouldn’t even give the courtesy of refunding one of those two charges. So know that if you want to stay here they’re going to hit you with unnecessary parking charges and have no empathy whatsoever to their customers. Avoid this location at all Costs!

Paid for parking always had to call to get out wasn’t even able to scan in. My key stopped working when I tried to enter after 2am had to stand in hallway after going back downstairs and wait for gentleman to come fix the pad. He came back with tools to break in but I didn’t want to disturb my family sleep inside the room which is why I didn’t knock when my key didn’t work. I cancelled a reservation for a different hotel bc I thought the experience here would be better. I was wrong. Hyatt place downtown Greensboro def has this location beat. For almost $400 for the night def should’ve been better.

Very nice hotel, front desk young woman was very nice and helpful with directions. She was interrupted several times from impatient customers and she handled it all with grace. She was just terrific and professional. Hotel was clean and very nicely decorated. Our room was very nice, modern and clean! Loved the bathroom and fun products in bathroom. Great location for family pub crawl that I was traveling for!

My co worker and I took our kids for an over night stay so that they could get a mini vacation without driving over two hours . The hotel was great ! Such a lovely staff!
