We traveled here for a family wedding during what turned out to be the peak of tropical storm Ophelia which made our stay all about the hotel. The staff was the most amazing, friendly and went above and beyond! I can’t think of the last time I’ve encountered such a great staff. Thank you for making our stay the best under the circumstances.

Stay was very nice. Parking was very good. Not all rooms are oceanfront so make sure you get the room specified. Ours was a road view room but we were ok with that due to our last minute booking. Our only complaints were that the kids thought the pool looked bigger in the pictures and the floor in the room felt sticky

Staff seemed bothered when I asked for extra towels for my daughter. Room didn’t have shampoo/conditioner in dispensers. TV didn’t have access to streaming or on demand which makes it difficult with small children. For the amount of money spent on rooms, smart tvs should allow streaming or on demand.

We just styed a few nice for a birthday get-a-way for my grandbaby and neice. We had such a great time even in January!!!1 Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly, sits right on the beach, and had hot tub and heated pool. It was Wonderful!!!

We enjoyed staying there, good location for shopping and beach access. Room is pretty clean. Staff are friendly. I don't like they charge extra $5 for security or something. Couldn't get sleep well for noise from pool and dinning room close by. Breakfast is nice and warm. Overall good for family and we will be back again.
