Very convenient to the park, staff was nice and helpful, room was clean and AC was cold. Pool is tiny so be prepared if there’s lots of kids.

Guest service wasn’t great , my kids found hair in the bathroom when showering, I would of liked if the workers would offer special or things to buy or either room service, other than that it was a good place to stay.

The sofa bed was great. The shower and toilet in separate rooms was very nice for the family. The room was clean.

Perfect location if you’re going to Carowinds! It’s right next door to the theme park. Rooms are big and the beds are comfy. I like that the toilet is separate from the shower area, which makes getting ready easier for a family. Not much immediately bear the area as far as other entertainment or dining. Plenty of parking.

My family stayed 3 nights for a Carowinds trip! Excellent! Family friendly, very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, nice pool. Everything was clean and beautiful. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean and very family friendly. I felt very secure being a single mom with 2 daughters. The complimentary breakfast was great too!
