Second time staying here when traveling to visit family. Always super friendly staff and quick check in

In town 1 night for a concert. Slept like a baby!

We did not get to stay at the property, they did not reserve the room that I had requested, and didn’t have any double bed rooms left, so my wife and children and I were not able to stay despite having reserved the room almost a week in advance.

Didn’t get the room I paid for, no king beds like I reserved. No towels in or wash cloths in bathroom, only 2 hand towels. Phone didn’t work. and tv didn’t connect until the next morning, but no phone to call anyone to complain and my toddler had already went to sleep.

Wow. Did not expect the level of service at a Marriott Courtyard to fall so low. No soap? The hotel literally had no soap. They gave me one small bottle of shampoo and told me to use that for everything. No maid service during my three day stay can be somewhat expected these days, although all other hotels have ramped up their cleaning. But then not even to bring in new towels or add in a few more bottles of shampoo since that was the only way to wash? Wowzers! The bathroom floor was sticky like someone had poir d shampoo on the floor and mopped it up quickly. The final insult to injury was to literally find feces on the floor. I don’t know… maybe from a child or dog. But behind where the front door of the room? I will back in this area twice a year for the next few years. Not staying here for sure.

We were traveling with 2 kids (toddler and infant). Here are a list of issues that came up during our one night stay: - only two towels. We called the room service first, nobody answered. Called guest services - nobody ever came with our extra towels - No hot water in the morning. Kids couldn’t bathe in the morning for this reason - Refrigerator was broken inside, only half the space available to store food Not booking with this hotel again.

After a very long day of flight delays with two little kids, we were unable to pick up our rental car, because they had closed. So, we booked a quick stay at 11pm. The airport shuttle driver was fantastic and the front desk was super fast. We were in our rooms in no time. Hugely appreciate the friendly and efficient staff that helped us out after a horrible day on airports.
