I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Inn Garden Uptown Charlotte and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. Rebecca Cook, at the front desk who assisted me, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. She not only corrected any billing issues promptly but also made sure that I had all the towels, directions, and Hilton Honors Gold benefits I needed during my stay.
The rooms at the hotel were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The hotel itself was spotless, reflecting a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, I was delighted to find ample parking available, making it convenient for guests.
One thing that stood out to me was that the hotel had recently undergone renovations, giving it a fresh and modern look. The lighter color combinations used in the design created a sense of spaciousness, making the stay even more enjoyable.
I can confidently say that I will be returning to this Hilton property whenever I am in Charlotte, and I will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends, family, and business partners. The outstanding service provided by Rebecca Cook, combined with the clean and comfortable rooms, ample parking, and the hotel's overall aesthetic appeal, make it a top choice for anyone visiting the area.

I really did like this hotel. This was my first time visiting NC and I chose this hotel and, when I tell you it was nice, it was NICE. Talk about luxury. The staff was nice. I had a king deluxe room and it was wonderful. My family enjoyed this hotel and I as well. We will be back for sure!

Very clean and eco friendly products. My only complaints were:
1) poor signage/ misleading signage for fitness room.
2) someone was smoking pot on 8th floor and smell permitted my floor and room for a full day.
3) very loud, tough to sleep
Between kids playing and and adults yelling in halls late at night and noise of outside echoing in room.
4) expensive breakfast. If get for mediocre food.

When we arrived (9:30pm), we were given a room that had not been cleaned yet. They insisted that the room was marked as cleaned. (who knows?) They changed us to another room without giving us any trouble, really. It was just a lot of rigmarole to get the suitcases and kids all moved to another room and keep them from touching stuff in the dirty room. In the end, it was just an inconvenience as we were trying to check in. 2nd room was fine. They had signs up that the front doors were locked, so we were using the garage entrance, but then saw people going in and out, so... who knows why that was? Again, minor inconvenience.

We selected this hotel as many in my group had kids age 4-10yrs old. The main reason for our disappointment we were not permitted to use the pool. We could see the pool, yet they told us it was under construction. All of the kids were in bathing suits & then we were told it is under construction? We had planned a nice afternoon to let the kids use up some energy but instead we could do nothing with them. There was no ice on the 5th floor nor on the 4th floor & the ice machines looked disgusting. For the price we paid it was just so disappointing.

OMG the room was dirty. Ceiling had obvious water damage. My bathroom tub backed up ask for maintenance then room service although they came it was the I don't know if I can get them up there part for me. After she cleaned, she so kindly replaced the towels with even more haired up ones. it was the small pool but access to the newly renovated sister hotel, it was the breakfast not having much to accommodate the none meat eater or none pork eaters. Everyone who worked there was absolutely nice(minus the housekeeping call). It's wonderful events all within 5 miles or less of hotel including a wonderful farmers market right at the front door almost and museum adult and kid friendly all walking distance.

the property was very nice, but nobody told us the resturant
was under construction and closed !!!. also ( something I never saw before ) we were on the 11th floor and when we tried to open the window slightly we found out that the window opened ALL THE WAY. !!!!!, no guard or screening in place ???? anyone with a small child should be very careful so they don't fall out.. VERY DANGEROUS.
