Way too many kids. Lobby was a mess and noisy. No quiet place except for room. Didn’t even want to go to bar for a drink. Was loaded with kids around bar.

My husband and I came into town for a family event this weekend and we brought our two dogs with us. Topaz was working the front desk and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved that she asked for our preference in regards to what floor we were going to be on since we had our dogs with us, and then she gave us the room closest to the door that leads to the dog park. She made us feel very comfortable and addressed all our needs. Later in the night, we stopped in at the bar and had excellent service from Zaine. Enjoyed our one night stay here and we will definitely be back

We have stayed here multiple times over the years and have had consistently good stays. We had an issue with the TV not working on this visit, but it was promptly resolved. Everything is comfortable and clean, and we love the amenities — pool, gym, and games. The EV charging was very convenient too. The staff is friendly and helpful and very patient with a lot of kids running around, including mine!

This stay was probably one of my mom’s last vacations out to Charlotte to visit her grandkids. I am so grateful for the hotel staff and their immense kindness towards her despite her Parkinson’s and tendency to be a little cranky.

The front staff were amazing and cheerful. The room itself was clean and just like the photos. I was worried a bit as downstairs in the lobby area was loud due to some people having children running around the pool tables and yelling a bit so I avoided going to the hotel bar. The staff member promised it would be quiet in my room and they did not lie. It was quiet and i couldnt hear others. The front of the property is well lit and there was ample parking spaces. There were a number of resturaunts also in close proximity (1/2 a mile maybe) and a gas station for other small needed items if one wanted. Overall i would definitely stay here again.

This place never disappoints! Always clean and the friendliest staff in the world! If you pass a housecleaning crew they will greet you like family. Pretty sure there is happy herbs in the water! Great vibe, green hotel and if you opt out of room cleaning you get a $5 voucher toward food. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Excellent room. Quiet and clean with good air-conditioning during Charlotte’s high heat. Room and bathroom are small but very well organized. Low water pressure and loose toilet seat were minor issues that were resolved. Pool was closed. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Location in Ballentyne is very convenient to numerous restaurants, grocery and drug stores. Terrific for a solo business traveler or for a family willing to take more than one room.
