Very family & kid friendly, nice indoor pool for kids & very convenient location. Could walk just about anywhere. Nice bridge to walk along the beach also. Loved this place. Will be back soon

First time at this CB hotel, and absolutely loved every minute. My daughter lives down the road, but her house is small to host the family. So we always volunteer to get a room. Gives us the sunrise with the ocean and no dogs for the nightly blanket battle. This was our first time at this one as our normal go to is the Hampton. But I think we now have a new norm. Bed was amazing, shower had massage features and hot water.

The staff at this hotel and at the Bistro was so friendly and helpful! We didn’t have a single complaint for our stay.
Taylor and Jamie were awesome! Also, the manager of the Bistro was so friendly and helpful with recommendations.
We had to shorten our visit due to a family emergency and the staff was very understanding and compassionate.

Location is absolutely perfect, most everything you need is in walking distance or a 5min drive. Staff is friendly and accommodating. One of the two elevators broke down but staff still performed cleaning and housekeeping duties on time. All around great place for families or couples to have fun at a reasonable price.

The property is in a beautiful oceanside setting, affords wonderful ocean views and is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, the Boardwalk and the amusement park. That said, our room faced that amusement park which played loud music until midnight every night. Preventing us from being able to enjoy the ocean sounds in the evening and at night. The room itself (a one bedroom suite) could sleep up to 6, but only had chairs for 4, and the bathroom had only hanging space for 3 bath towels. The kitchen came with no dishes, cups or bowls, no utensils, no dish rag, or dish towel. The refrigerator badly needed defrosting; the under-freezer tray held a solid sheet of thick ice, so thick that the tray was frozen in place, and the ice would begin to drip on the refrigerator contents beneath it whenever the refrigerator door was open for a few moments. We reported this to front desk but the issue was never addressed. Our balcony was loaded with sand which the kids tracked into the room repeatedly. We had to borrow a broom and dust pan from the front desk, and were able to sweep up a cup and a half of sand, making the situation better. The indoor pool was a blessing for when it rained. The staff were friendly and professional.

Great location!!
On the beach, next to boardwalk, and carnival for kids. Onlyproblem was no microwave in the room, although there was one by the ice machine

Ok I’m Jeffrey Langley and I was in room 513. I’ve already left one review/complaint but since then have had more issues. Coming in from the balcony I noticed something under the foot of the bed and bent over slightly and noticed several baby toys along with Cheerios. Both beds for that. On top of the other issues my room phone didn’t work. Made complaint as I was checking out because I had it. Even the concierge said we have just put u through the ringer. I didn’t take my frustrations out on her but I was offered no discount or compensation like another stay on Courtyard. It would be great that with me paying almost $800 for 2 nights. It should have been a lot better! Any help with this matter would be appreciated. Hopefully this can be solved easily. Thanks

The hotel said they contacted Expedia about not having rooms available on the first. No one called us and both Expedia and the hotel were play the pass game on whose fault this was. I was supposed to be getting and email with a $200 voucher and never even got that! I’m never going to put my family into a situation like this ever again.
