Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wilmington West - Medical Park, an IHG Hotel

Excellent customer service and the location was great for being close to the beaches in Wilmington. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to visit this hotel when looking for room accommodations.

The elevator was always damaged, we were given a room on the fourth floor, we were on vacation with children and we had to go up and down the four floors daily many times, we asked for them to change rooms and they told us that everyone wanted the change of rooms because of the problem of the elevator and that they had no availability, we talked to the staff of the expedía to ask them to help us with what happened and they told us that they could do nothing, we asked for the cancellation of the reservation and they told us that they would not return the money due to hotel policies, that is to say that if or if we had to stay and go up the fourth floors daily. We went to drink water from the part where they put breakfast and a guy from the staff told us that we couldn't drink water from there and that we bought it in the fridge they had there to sell the water.

The stay was amazing, all but the air condition going out. I really enjoyed myself and did my grandchildren.

Room wasn’t ready until after 5:30 pm when check n was 4:00 pm we had two kids also website said restaurant onsite not true had to take kids keep busy until room was ready Unbelievable not acceptable to have to wait that long for a room that was booked in advance.

Stayed for a night…room was clean, staff were great, and kids enjoyed the pool.

Great spot to share with family

Everything was ok, basic hotel… room was not cleaned during our stay. The attendants wouldn’t let my 10 year old serve herself even though I had 4 kids one of which was an infant so it was hard to get her food when she was capable of doing it herself.

My family stays here every time we visit Wilmington. This location is perfect to get to the shopping area, food and the amipather for concerts. Its super comfortable, clean and the staff is very professional.

Booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool, it was closed due to the phone being broken . Also there were children running up and down the hallways all evening due to a sporting eventing in town. Staff was nice . Room was clean.

Grandkids loved the pool, they had a great time. Beds were comfortable. I liked the room darkening shades. Very much appreciated
