We stayed at this property during our summer vacation in West North Carolina. The property is new, tidy and contemporary. Staff is welcoming and gym, indoor pool are clean and family friendly. Breakfast provides healthy good choices and has good hot/cold options. Only downside is you will need transport(car/Uber) to downtown Ashville, there are restaurants(Waffle House, Wing Stop) which are walking distance but its quite limited.

Our visit to Asheville staying at the Fairfield Inn on Tunnel Road was very nice. We were greeted by the hotel staff with smiles on their faces and they were quick to accommodated our needs. Our grand children enjoyed the pool as well as the breakfasts. We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was really clean and spacious. The cleanliness was the best thing about this place. The free breakfast was convenient, but boring. Overall, it was a great stay for our family.

This hotel is in very good repair and well maintained. There were no major issues other than their Absocool refrigerator in the room we stayed in DID NOT keep anything cool longer than 2 hours. Our gallon of milk for our children spoiled because the refrigerator shut off to save power after 2 hours and it became room temperature inside. My advice is to get rid of the eco friendly crap. It's going to kill someone from spoiled food! Other than that, the staff was friendly, and the stay was pleasant. Just keep your food and milk in a cooler because the eco fridge is junk!!

Nice family stay. Very clean hotel. Nice hot tub and pool. Pretty walkable area to get to places to eat. Overall, would stay here again!

For families the Fairfield was a greta option. Breakfast was great. The gym was nice. Close to city center which was a plus.
