We saw a mouse in our room at a nearby hotel and left in the middle of the night. The Hampton was able to accommodate us with our dog and baby on very short notice. We enjoyed it so much we added another night.

What an overall great place to land in New Paltz! Fresh, hot breakfast on the house was a huge plus - offerings were plentiful and tasty. Room was well-appointed and comfortable. 24-hour coffee/tea bar was great to have! Staff was super accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a place to stay in the area, especially families.

Everything was clean and fresh looking. The front desk staff were friendly and quick. My kids loved the pool. The location can not be beat. My only complaint is our mattress was not super comfortable. Felt like it was ready to be replaced.

We stay here annually to cut down our Christmas tree in Accord, NY. Every single time we are welcomed and made to feel right at home. My kids look forward to it every year. Thank you for another great stay!

This is the best hotel chain option near SUNY New Palz. Facility is clean, and the rooms and bathrooms are a good size. When I stayed there they seemed very understaffed. Only one person handling check-in, with 8 people on line it took FOREVER. Beds and room layout is comfortable. During my stay it was very loud outside my door at 2am (it woke me up)… perhaps they were from the family reunion or wedding group that were there during my stay. Breakfast is pedestrian at best. Several options, but most aren’t very good.

The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. Shower was great and bathroom huge. Breakfast was awesome and so was the coffee. Stayed here before and will stay here again as we have family very close by.
