Technology was down and took several people and longer than expected. They apologized and were pleasant but wanted to share our experience. We were traveling with a toddler, so the wait was a little disappointing.

Hotel next to train tracks and the room shakes with passing trains. More so on higher floor, the staff did not tell us about it and the kids got scared with the shake

Excellent service, great continental breakfast, clean pool! Offered complimentary coffee and cookies during the day. The pool was clean. Location was great as we were visiting the polar express with our kids.

The hotel is fine, but both electric vehicle charging stations were out of order. I may have to find other accommodations in the area for my regular family visits if I can't charge my car at a Hampton Inn.

I like that it was pet friendly and they had the most comfortable beds that we had ever slept on and that was such a huge deal especially traveling from Indiana to Pennsylvania to New York and Massachusetts for my mother's funeral. Because of the circumstances I was allowed to have my dog in the room and I appreciated their compassion considering the dog was bigger than what their weight limit was. However I believe that they shouldn't have a weight limit on pets because my dog never made a peep no one knew she was there unless they saw her and then everyone would always gather around her because she's a sweet very large dog. Sometimes it's those little ones that are Barky and you know they're around so not sure why there has to be a weight limit?

The woman at the front desk was fabulous. I wish I got her name. We are in the Kingston area often to visit family. Several times this same woman has been working the front desk. Not only does she alwayS remember us, but we see her busy around the hotel! Helping out in the breakfast area, cleaning up the lobby. She is an excellent employee! EverY staff member we encountered is always friendly and helpful!

Great overall experience! In town for a family reunion...was able to get 3 rooms over Labor Day weekend which I thought was incredible...right next door to Hanaford's, a wonderful supermarket..."close to everything" location!

Stayed one night while visiting family in the area. Room was clean, breakfast was pretty good for a hotel and service was very polite and helpful. The pool was closed which is why it wasnt a 10.
