My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We we’re also glad there was a workout area. Thank you everyone also the location was great close entropy walk downtown if we wanted.

There was so much noise from the room above us at 2am that it shook the sprinkler cover off from the ceiling. It startled my whole family. The hotel was very good about handling the situation.

The hotel overall was very convenient and clean. I went with friends to a concert and it was located close by to the event. This may not be a family oriented hotel. There is a bar right across from the hotel and some pretty inappropriate behavior coming from it, so it’s not a scene for kids. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel.

The reception staff was rude. Although the building is new, the staff exhibited very rude behavior and lacked any professionalism. We were waving our hands in the entry vestibule not being able to open the door, clearly indicating that we were checking in, but received no response. Despite seeing us, they didn't open the door, and another guest had to do it for us. Furthermore, the staff didn't offer any apology. When we requested an early check-in in the afternoon due to our children needing to sleep, the way they declined felt aggressive to me. I don't understand why and felt very bad. I will not be recommending this hotel to my friends.
