Great location and the rest on is comfy. They had a baby crib there when I arrived per my request. Breakfast was pretty good and the hotel staff was nice and helpful.

We had a family room , unfortunately it wasn’t ready when we arrived so had to wait about 1.5hrs . The room for us was comfy and spacious although the sofa bed wasn’t the greatest and we adapted by putting the cushions under the mattress. The staff were helpful and breakfast was good, although getting a seat was at times difficult,

Our stay was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They were able to get us checked in early so we could make it to a baseball game on time. Parking was first come first serve for their small lot so thankfully we got in early enough to get a spot. Breakfast was good but there’s also several places around the block to walk to if you’re wanting something different. Great location with subway and train stations around the block making it super easy to jump on and go anywhere. The room was clean, the couch sleeper sofa made it perfect for our family of 5.

Newer hotel, nice and clean property and they cleaned our room every day (which post-COVID, not all hotels do), close to subway station, friendly staff. Jackson Avenue is one block away. neighbourhood is safe. Good for families.

Booked stay of one night to see how hotel was. Then extended stay for 2 more night. Travel with my wife and daughter. Hotel was clean and customer service was great. Breakfast was the best. Will stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel if travelling with kids. Only this need more parking

We stayed here for 3 nights with our family of 5. Clean, quiet and great space for NYC in the family room we stayed in. Good access to multiple metro stations. Breakfast was a great bonus that saved us a ton of money.
