The hotel oversold doubles and only had a king room for us. We have kids and needed the other bed, so it was a slight issue. They gave us a cot and had a fold out bed, so we made it work. The front desk was awesome and even set up the cot themselves. It was a management issue that the room should have been available and not oversold, as we reserved it months ago. The staff did what they could to make it right.

The rooms were very small. I was assured there was a sleeper sofa my adult son could sleep on. It was WAY too small (twin) and so uncomfortable he put the mattress on the floor. It was EXTREMELY thin very uncomfortable. I CANNOT believe I paid over 500.00 each for 2 of these rooms.
My son, daughter inlaw & young grandchildren shared a similar room. The sleeper couch was too small & uncomfortable for them they ended up sleeping on an air mattress.
I don't know if I would ever stay at a Marriot again. For $1000 I should at least get 2 comfortable rooms.

Hotel was great in walking distance to restaurants and bars and shopping. Hotel also offered a Bistro for a quick bite, breakfast for a fee, coffee, snacks and beverages. Easy quick check in and check out. Hotel was clean with modern decor, rooms have both refrigerator/microwave. Pool area with outside seating with fire pit. Stayed for one night for family gathering. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

I couldn't close the curtain for the night. It was very bright and my kid woke up at 6AM.
Also, I asked the staff if the water was drinkable. He couldn't give me an answer.
Quite dirty also

From the time we checked in, the staff was very accommodating. Our room was quite comfortable. Our grandchildren loved the pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming into the area. It was a very convenient location for our needs.

Our stay was enjoyable. The only thing that was a bit gross was that my husband killed a couple of baby roaches in the bathroom. Other than that, the place was very nice.

Check in was at 3:00 and we arrived at 3:15 but were told the room was not ready. After waiting in the lobby seating for 35 minutes I asked the desk attendant (who I believe forgot that we were waiting) if any progress had been made on the room. He said they cleaned the wrong room and to give it a few minutes. About 10 minutes later we were called to the desk and checked in for a second time.
Upon arriving in the room we noticed there were only 2 towels even though our reservation was for 4 people. We called the desk and requested towels but finally put the do not disturb sign on the door at about 9:00 when the kids were setting in.
I’m not sure what happened in the hall around midnight but some woman and a kid hung out talking loudly and slamming doors for about 5 minutes.
In the morning we had to grab towels from the pool because one of the 2 towels supplied had remnants of the last users fake eyelashes. The shower pressure was low and their was a clump of hair in the shower.
I’m not sure why but one of the comforters was damp. Maybe it was fresh from the dryer or it had been recently sprayed with something?
For $150 a night I wasn’t that disappointed but if this were a more expensive room I’d definitely be complaining at the desk. Although the clump of hair in the shower is really inexcusable.

The property was okay. The rooms were clean but what I didn’t like was the lack of staff. I know right now it is hard to get staff however this is a big enough hotel to have wedding receptions. There were no towels left at the pool. I called the front desk from the pool area several times then finally asked someone to keep an eye on my 6 and 9 yr old grandchildren( both can swim) so I could run down the hall to ask for towels as 8 other guests had come to the pool by then. The young women at the desk said she was alone there and would bring them as soon as possible , which she did. Also be aware this Marriott does not have a free buffet breakfast. We had our 4 grandchildren and they have a bar you can order from , everything al a crate and 1 person taking orders. This is a hotel where families going to LEGOLAND often stay. Not great if you are hoping to feed your kids breakfast and get on the way quickly without spending a lot of money

Out stay was great. Rooms are spacious. If you have children who like the pool this is the place for you. 10 minutes from LEGOLAND. Needs a little updating in terms of furniture and some better cleaning.
