Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Fe-North

Excellent service, very friendly staff, excellent maintenance and reception, excellent hotel for families, I stayed at Casita Wije, I had read bad comments about the Hotel's food, the food met my expectations, I liked it a lot, the Hotel's gardens were very beautiful The only drawback that I noticed is that there is no pool for small children, it was not my plan to get wet in the pool, I had to get wet to take care of my daughter, very well insulated rooms, I did not hear noise from the neighbors, super beds and pillows comfortable, I slept like a baby, excellent location, if you want to spend a lot of money, take good photos, you can go to Santa Fe, if you want to save money on food, even find real Mexican food, you can go to Hispaniola, it has a gas station nearby, security good, sometimes I saw police cars roaming inside the hotel

We were traveling with the kids and a dog which was well accommodated by the suite.

My family had a good stay during the Christmas holiday. The hotel is close to the skiing and snow sledding locations and also not far from the city. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, and nice manager's social on Wednesday.

Broken elevator...room is on the 3rd floor with 2 kids smh.

Everyone, everything was exceptional. But the floor above had small children, up early and late running the length of our room. All other was very nice.

They switched our rooms from the home wood suites to the casino. This meant I had to buy breakfast for 5 people. It also meant I didn’t get a bedroom away from my children.

I met half way with my kids, there was a total of 8 of us, we got the large suite (2 queens, 1 king and pull out sofa) it was very roomy, also had 2 full baths. Breakfast was great, pool was cool. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Staff was great except for the one right before check in, didn't get her name, but was very unhelpful.

I was so surprised as to the beautiful surroundings and the amenities this property offered. Great family friendly resort.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel during the holidays. Very nice Christmas decorations and fireplace in the lobby area. The suite was very clean and breakfast buffet abundant. The location of the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
