The check in process was easy, the room was tranquil and welcoming. The staff was accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The location was in walking distance to the plaza. I would definitely stay again when visiting family in Santa Fe.

Everything about the property was okay. The rooms were a bit smaller than my family and I expected. The surrounding area was simply amazing. A little hidden gem of an area. My experience during the checkout process was horrible. The attendant was extremely rude and proceeded to walk and step directly infront of me without saying excuse me which to me was very provoking. As if the receptionist wanted to start some sort of violent act. I was extremely disturbed and troubled about the entire situation. That lady should definitely re evaluate her career in the hospitality field. The end of my stay was very quesionable and unfortunate.

We are a family of 3, I booked the room with multiple beds, but only find one king bed in the room originally. Then we were told there’s a bench by the king bed can transfer to a small bed, and there’s a sofa in the other room can sleep too. Our son eventually slept on the sofa since it’s in a separate room. But it’s not that comfortable, it can’t transfer to a bed, kind of narrow. The king bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast, the fruits are very delicious.

My disappointment was not with the Hotel at all. My complaint was with rude and inconsiderate guests. A family with kids and bicycles were above us. The walls and the Upper floors are very thin, a note to all the Loud lovers out there! People were stomping at all hours, non stop. We heard a bike tire compressor fire up at 6 am, along with more non stop stomping. It didn't slow down until I myself STOMP around our lower floor for a while. This is NOT an environment for kids!!! Other than that, it's a fantastic place!

My family loved this gem of a hotel just steps away from the Santa Fe Plaza. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the old adobe style building is softened with beautiful textiles and artwork. Because the building is old, there can be funky aspects - we had a slow flushing toilet, and could hear the people in the suite next to us. Also, the desk and maintenance have limited hours. If you want round-the-clock staff, or a sleeker, more modern style, this probably would not be for you. That said, we had 2 bathrooms for 3 people, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is very good, with fresh fruits and vegetables and a good variety of other hot and unheated choices. Our family will stay there again.
