Fairfield Inn & Suites Gallup

We stayed overnight to shop and also join a family reunion for a few hours. It was a nice stay and we would have liked to spend time at the pool but it was closed. Breakfast was great. The staff was nice enough to help us out with toiletries we forgot and informing us of weekend service. The room was clean and very nice. We liked the quietness even though the train tracks were across the street. There is a theater across the street and also restaurants and other places nearby that are minutes away. We like the location on holiday weekends since it is usually quiet.

Upon check in was told the pool was not in service. Selected this hotel so my kids could swim after being stuck in the car all day. Got to our room and there was dirty towels in the bathroom, the trash can in the middle of the bathroom and the drawers in the room were open. Almost like the cleaning wasn’t finished. Definitely not up to par and not what we paid for.

A very nice property and the hotel was neat and clean. After driving all day with my family, we were hoping to soak in the pool and cool down. The desert was well over 105 degrees and it was a warm trip. Unfortunately, the pool was under renovation/construction and was unavailable. We were really looking forward to a cooling swim.

Traveling with our service dog to see our daughter and grandkids in TN, just stayed the night but it was quiet and clean and no issues, a good stay!

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean rooms & in working order & complete full breakfast. I really like the fact that the walls are thick enough you don't hear kids upstairs or in other rooms.
