Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albuquerque East, an IHG Hotel

It is a clean and quiet hotel, very comfortable beds and modern rooms although very simple bathrooms, there is not an extractor fan. The breakfast is very simple but delicious. Good location, with shops next door. My big disappointment was the pool and jacuzzi, my children were shivering because of the extremely cold water, and we just rented that hotel so they could enjoy the pool. The jacuzzi was somewhat dirty and extremely hot. We stayed for two days because it was already reserved before we arrived.

The room and staff were excellent, the only complaint I have is that the pool is rather small and always occupied with kids. There was never an opportunity to relax in the pool or spa.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at, we felt very safe. The pool had great hours it was nice to go in either before or after our day out. Also the breakfast was delish, they had a lot of variety easily meal for all the family.

Awesome property. But. Secure all belongings. Homeless in the area. And a robbery the night before. Keep your eyes out. Especially traveling with family.

This was a great place to stay! I have never stayed at a Holiday IE before. This was a last minute trip. Wonderful friendly staff! Helpful, kind and accommodating. The facilities and my room, very clean and modern. Built 2019. Very Safe. Great breakfast included and cookies in afternoon after a long day. ABQ is easy to traverse, so by car this was close to everything. Love ABQ. FYI: I grew up surrounded by a family in the hotel industry and I am very picky (VP to housekeeping, we did it all). I am used to a certain level of service, more so than most. This hotel delivered! Price, staff!, facilities. Thank you so much for giving me a great place to land and rest everyday during a chaotic time. Happiest of Holidays and continued success! I will certainly stay here again! Cheers.

Paper thin walls, floors & ceilings. Had to listen to kids upstairs and a neighbor with a phone going off all night

This was a perfect hotel to stay at for our family while we were driving from home to Cali for vacation. It was cute, quiet, clean, comfortable, and we felt safe. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and breakfast was yummy. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. Full breakfast and indoor pool were a major plus with us and the kids.

My first time staying here and although it was only for 1 night, my mom, toddler son and I felt safe with the gate surrounding the property and security patrolling at night, tasty hot breakfast, clean room and area for breakfast and reception, easy check in and check out process, and delightful staff. There's a Super Walmart right nextdoor and a Sam's Club to fuel up. Would definitely stay again if I'm passing through for the night or to visit family.

This was my second time staying here and it was a great experience. My child loved it.
