We needed a hotel close to family for a visit. It met all our needs. We did not do any shopping or look for local dining. Breakfsst options were very good! Also, really appreciated the grab and go options!! World chose to stay here again.

We stayed here with two small children and it was clean, comfortable, and safe. The outdoor pool was clean and nice, too. The staff was helpful and hard-working. Would stay again.

Absolutely perfect! We went for diggerland and decided to stay here. We used the pool which was super clean and nice! We had breakfast before we went to the park in the morning which was perfect. The room was super clean and the staff were very friendly. If we go back to diggerland we will stay here again! I brought myself, my 2 yearold, and our babysitter and felt very safe. We even walked next door for dinner!

The service at the front desk was exceptional! The pool was always clean! (We would see the guy cleaning it every morning!) Breakfast was decent, even tho the pancake maker was out of service! (Meats, eggs, bagels, muffins, toast, oatmeal, cereals). Overall a good hotel, I would definitely stay here again & recommend it to friends & family!

Drove 9hrs from the Carolinas to Voorhess NJ to visit family . Check in was effortless and breakfast starts at 6:3o a.m. . The room was clean and restroom was sanitary ! Everyone has a different review but as of today o3/o9/2o23 (thurs) I had an excellent experience with my stay here at Holiday Inn Express . What I really enjoyed was how quiet my stay was for there were other people here but it felt like i had the whole place to myself. No partying from other rooms and no loud obnoxious radio noise.

The room is really bad and in the night the mirror in the room fell off from the wall and my kids wake up and screaming
It’s really bad experience about this place

The location was perfect as it was closed to a nursing home to visit my family. Close to highway and places to eat.

The pool had clumps of hair. Woman swimming in her clothes. People hanging out and ordering food delivered to pool. Drinking beers and smoking cigarettes with kids around. Wet men’s sock randomly in hallway when we left first thing to get out.

First of all this hotel is now a Holiday Inn but when I booked it, it was the Inn at Voorhees. I booked a king suite but was given a king. Front desk didn’t even tell me the suites were not renovated yet. Let us go all the way up to the room in a dirty elevator to find this out. And then looked at me dumbfounded when I came back to the front desk asking about the suite. All he said was that it was not ready. I had to ask ready as in the room is not made up or ready in that the room is not renovated yet. Well I’m sure you can guess his answer. He went in the back and when he reappeared he said they would take $20 off a night. I had no choice but to stay even though one kid slept in the floor. Fools to think we wouldn’t notice that we didn’t get a suite! Walls were paper thin and no handles on the closets or drawers. Listen, if you’re not ready to open and show yourself as the best you can, then don’t open for business!! Spend the time training your staff because they need it and deserve it!

Requested crib during booking, received a message confirming it will be arranged. Asked about the crib during check in and was told " I am sure housekeeping set up the crib"
Got to the room and no crib, called the front desk and the person said they had to call the manager to find out where the cribs are... gave up on getting the crib and had to put my baby to sleep in the bed with me, pillows and furniture all around so he wouldn't fall.
It was the last thing I wanted to deal with after driving almost all day and checking in at 9pm.
